Participants receive monthly physical dining cards by mail, each valid at a designated participating restaurant throughout the season.

The program is designed to encourage guests to explore Buckhead Life restaurants while enjoying exclusive dining rewards.

How do I qualify to receive a Summer Dine Around card?

Summer Dine Around cards are mailed to loyal Buckhead Life guests based on several factors, including:

  • Frequency of dining
  • Active online profile information
  • Email engagement
  • Ultimate Dining Card purchases and usage
  • Participation in Buckhead Life promotions

Receiving a card one year does not guarantee future participation.

I’ve participated for years but did not receive a card this year. Why?

Several factors may impact card distribution, including:

  • Changes to mailing address
  • Inactive or outdated guest profiles
  • Email opt-outs
  • Reduced engagement with Buckhead Life communications
  • Changes in qualification criteria

Guests who did not receive a traditional card may still participate in the Digital Summer Dine Around Program by enrolling through the loyalty app.

Can I request a Summer Dine Around card?

Unfortunately, mailed cards are distributed through a qualification process and cannot be requested individually.

However, guests may still enjoy the Summer Dine Around experience by joining the Digital Summer Dine Around Program.

Why is my card assigned to a restaurant I don’t normally visit?

Each Summer Dine Around card is assigned to a participating restaurant selected through our program structure.

The program is designed to introduce guests to new Buckhead Life dining experiences while still rewarding loyal diners.

Many guests discover new favorite restaurants through the program each year.

How does the physical Summer Dine Around card work?

Each monthly card includes a dining reward valid at the designated restaurant listed on the card.

Guests present the card during their visit, and the promotional value is applied to qualifying food purchases.

The card must be surrendered at the time of redemption.

Is there a minimum spend requirement?

There is no minimum spend requirement to redeem the card.

However:

  • The card is valid for parties of two or more guests.
  • Guests are encouraged to tip based on the original check total prior to the discount being applied.

Can I use more than one card at a table?

Yes. One Summer Dine Around card may be redeemed for every two guests dining.

For example:

  • Two guests = one card
  • Four guests = up to two cards
  • Six guests = up to three cards

What happens if I forget to use my card during the month?

Traditional Summer Dine Around cards include a grace period through the 7th day of the following month.

For example:

  • A June card may be redeemed through July 7
  • A July card may be redeemed through August 7

Do I still receive future cards if I skip a month?

Yes. If you miss a month, simply visit any participating location with your current Gold Card. Your $30 dining credit will still be honored, and you will receive the next card in the monthly rotation.

Example: If you skip July and visit in August, present your Gold Card to your server. Your $30 credit will be applied, and you will receive the September card to continue participating in the program.

Can I combine the Summer Dine Around card with other discounts or promotions?

Summer Dine Around cards may not be combined with:

  • Ultimate Dining Cards
  • Promotional offers
  • Complimentary rewards
  • Additional discounts
  • Loyalty incentives

Only one promotional offer may be used per check.

Can the card be used toward alcohol?

Summer Dine Around rewards apply toward food purchases only. Alcohol, tax, and gratuity are excluded.

What is the $30 Extra Visit Card?

After redeeming the September Gold Card, qualifying guests receive a special black $30 Extra Visit Card.

This reward allows guests to revisit a participating Summer Dine Around restaurant during October.

The same terms and conditions that apply to the Gold Card also apply to the black card.

Can I share the program with friends?

Yes. Guests are encouraged to introduce friends to Buckhead Life through the Summer Dine Around experience.

Should I make reservations?

Yes — reservations are recommended throughout the Summer Dine Around season.

Why haven’t I received my card in the mail yet?

All Summer Dine Around cards are mailed according to the program schedule, but postal delays occasionally occur.
